The Consortium of South Hams Artists

16th June 2008

The annual exhibition of the creative talent of The Consortium of South Hams Artists takes place in The Market Hall, Kingsbridge, from July 5-15.

The work on show by the members - Tony Henderson, Brian Harris, Rosemary Moser, Emma Johns, Allan Green, Penny Hegenbarth and Sheila Hegenbarth - is diverse and exciting, exploring a wide range of artistic pursuits in oils, watercolour, acrylics, printmaking, hand-made cards and Raku-fired ceramics.

The consortium is pleased to welcome two guest artists this year:

Norman Bolwell who is renowned for his beautiful oils and watercolours on a nautical theme and David Roberts whose work with kiln glass expresses balance and movement within exquisite sculptural forms.

This year The Consortiums chosen charity is The South Hams Hospital League of Friends.

The exhibition opens from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm and there will be two artists at all times, happy to talk to you about their work and processes. Admission to the exhibition is free.
